Please download the TRA Disclosor Form and Tenancy Application Form below, fill them out, attach everything that is needed (clearly stated on the forms) and send it according to the following contact detail.

Online Application
Before applying by clicking ‘TENANCY APPLICATION’ button, you will need to do the following:
1, Click ‘TENANCY DISCLOSURE’ button, print out the form, sign it, scan the signed file and store it on your desktop for later use, and,
2, Scan the follow and store on your desktop for later use. Please note, in order for your application to be processed you must provide 100 points (minimum) of identification, one of which must be photo ID. The following documents are acceptable and must be photocopied and attached to the application.
- Drivers Licence or Passport, 40 points,
- Last 4 Rent Receipts or Current Tenancy History, 30 points,
- Bank Statement, 20 points,
- Current Wage Advice, 20 points,
- Previous Tenancy Reference, 10 points,
- Rates Notice, 20 points,
- Employment Reference on letterhead, 20 points,
- Moter Vehicle Registration Certificate, 10 points,
- Medicare Card, Credit Card, Eftpos Card, 30 points,
- Copy of Telephone, Electricity & Gas Account, 10 points,
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate, 10 points,
- Other Photo ID, 10 points,
